I can’t say enough good things about my experience today. The ladies fit me in last minute since I got an unexpected day off. I was a work in but Natasha really took her time with me and helped me select a style and color perfect for me. I have thinning hair and felt I couldn’t do layers. But, she did light layers and razored my edges and put product in my hair that thickened it. I look like I have a lot more hair. Then, at her suggestion, I bought the products she used today so hopefully, I can repeat the hairstyle I got today. I felt very pretty when I left there today and that doesn’t usually happen. Been going here for years - My stylist has watched my daughter grow up! I was in a real hurry a few years ago and went to a different stylist and she ruined my hair. Now I call ahead and make sure I can get In for an appointment beforehand. It's all about finding your stylist. Like I said, my forever stylist is at JC Penney. Yours may be somewhere else. But their staff is great. Great cuts and Been going here for years - My stylist has watched my daughter grow up! When I win in here my hair was a mess I had let it go and try to cut it on my own through the coven 19 I was so nervous i have blonde hair but my girl Fantasia really did a great job on completely colouring my hair the 1st time and highlights the 2nd time her chair side manners are superb Also got a haircut had no clue how wanted it and she did a wonderful job with that to I have never had to wait for her I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends
