I have been going since October and everything was great until my last 2 visits. The ladies are fast and fantastic, but the guy doing nails now is not.
He makes a lot of mistakes, and takes way too long.
I checked in at 5:17 yesterday and left at 7:23. It took him an hour and 45 minutes to do my nails. It is a simple acrylic overlay and then painted, nothing special, no designs. He cut me several times with the tool, and one of my fingers continues to bleed every time I use it. When painting my nails he was leaving the side of my nails bare, that’s when one of the ladies finally stepped in to finish. Very poor customer service. No apologies or anything.

Started getting my nails done at herbal spring of this year and I’ve loved every set I’ve got. They ladies are nice and do a fantastic job! I usually bring a picture of what I want and they “nail” it each time. The only reason I’m giving four stars is because it can be quite a wait when they are busy and don’t take appointments.

They were very welcoming, the lady who I had did my nails and she also did such an amazing job one my feet! My pedicure was done extremely meticulously and with extreme care I got the French tips on my natural toenail. My nails came out the exact way I wanted them and she was also willing to listen to my wants regarding my nails, coffin shape but less pointy to give an offset square effect! 10/10 recommend, the only downside to being there, 1. There were a lot of gnats flying around, which I didn’t like. 2. The tools they used did not come out of a fresh package.
