They were very welcoming, the lady who I had did my nails and she also did such an amazing job one my feet! My pedicure was done extremely meticulously and with extreme care I got the French tips on my natural toenail. My nails came out the exact way I wanted them and she was also willing to listen to my wants regarding my nails, coffin shape but less pointy to give an offset square effect! 10/10 recommend, the only downside to being there, 1. There were a lot of gnats flying around, which I didn’t like. 2. The tools they used did not come out of a fresh package. Very clean place and very friendly lady done my manicure. She done a great job painting my real nails.

I was just disappointed in the fact my hands were only put in hot plain water for a short period of time before she started working on my manicure. There was nothing extra to the manicure. Just the short hand soaked in hot water, cleaning of the cuticles then gel polish followed with a touch of lotion at the end of service. I just expected more like I've gotten elsewhere on manicures. This just maybe their own way of doing it but I prefer to have my hands pampered during a manicure.

Kim was amazing for dealing with a man who had no idea what to ask for. She took corrections seriously and fixed them with no issue. If I weren’t leaving in the next few days, she would be my regular!
