I can’t say enough good things about this dental office. From the very first phone call, I was treated with genuine kindness and empathy. April, who took my call, went above and beyond to make sure I was okay through the entire process. She never rushed me and truly cared about how I was feeling, which meant more than I can put into words. Dr. Durbin is an incredible dentist—patient, understanding, and compassionate. As a former addict, dental visits can be extremely anxiety-provoking for me, but he made me feel valued not just as a patient, but as a human being. There was absolutely no judgment, only respect and professionalism. Rachelle, the dental hygienist, was equally amazing. She was gentle, reassuring, and explained everything in a way that helped calm my nerves. And a special shout-out to Libby, the sweet support animal, who brought so much comfort just by being there. This office sets the standard for what compassionate healthcare should look like. If you’re someone who struggles with anxiety, past addiction, or just wants to be treated with dignity and care, I highly recommend this team.
In and out pretty quickly for a teeth cleaning and they did an amazing job, as usual. The staff and Dr. Durbin are so friendly, they make you feel like family! Always a pleasant experience!
My husband and I are new to Kentucky, and we had the tedious task of finding new doctors, dentists, etc. which is never fun. My husband unexpectedly had a major tooth issue and was in excruciating pain. I had to find someone immediately. I called around to various dentists and was stunned on how rude many of the receptionists were. Zero help with getting him in asap ... one said, "I can get him in next May 2025" and offered no assistance or guidance. I was quickly losing hope, and then I had an amazing experience and call with Dr. Durbin's front desk staff. She was so friendly and helpful and moved heaven and earth to get my husband in the very next day even though their schedule was extremely packed. (I'm sorry that I forgot your name, but you know who you are! YOU are the reason we came to see Dr. Durbin!) When we arrived at the office, it was clean, had a great upbeat vibe, expedited check-in, and the entire team from front desk to back office staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My husband really liked Dr. Durbin - very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in finding a doctor for the next step of his treatment. We just had an overall amazing experience from start to finish. This is exactly how it should be. We will definitely be coming back to see this amazing team - we appreciate the wonderful experience!
