Very grateful of choosing Above and Beyond Home Inspections!!! My inspector Jay was very helpful and gave me lots of knowledge of what we were looking at and helped me understand what’s going on. Jay was extremely thorough throughout the house knowing what to look for. I am definitely calling again!
Jay was very thorough throughout the whole process. He explained where everything was, what needed to be fixed, and what to look for in the future to maintain the home. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
I've never had to get a home inspector before, but I'm glad that I went with Jay and his business. He was very thorough with everything. It also means a lot as a customer when you are comfortable asking questions, even if it's common knowledge for most. Jay had provided an environment where I could do so, and I really appreciated it. He was very knowledgeable and the finished report had a lot of pictures, videos, and notes I could use to make a decision. Buying a house is a very big deal and I can genuinely say that Jay will make you feel more confident during the process.
