Despite being busy, they were able to quickly address a down refrigerator, and the technician's expertise and efficiency were evident. They truly care about their customers and quality of service. I asked for them to come out to service but they only have 2 techs, so over the phone they helped diagnose my problem, free of charge, sold me the part, and walked me through how easy it was and what video to watch
Despite being extremely busy with other calls for service Allan was able to come and quickly take care of our down refrigerator. His apparent knowledge and efficiency was on display as it only took him 20 minutes to repair it. Excellent job and I highly recommend using Allan's Appliance!
Stopped in to look at new stoves and they were really friendly. Walked in thinking I was going to spend $600-900 on a new stove but they were able to get my old one a new part and I was back up and running for $50 bucks. Shop small with great people like this.
