The Pooch Palace is wonderful! My little rescue, Puffy, is quite shy, but the sweet owners here always makes her feel safe and cared for. She loves playtime with friends there too. It means so much to see her happy and eager to visit, knowing she’s in loving hands each time. Highly recommend!
Maggie has stayed twice and both times were great for her. They listened to my instructions for food and meds, but also things I was worried about (anxiety and knee issues). They were even okay with giving them free reign if Maggie needed some anxiety meds because they would be able to tell if her anxiety was causing issues or not. That helped so much this past stay, they saw she was having some anxiety issues and gave her some and it helped. They even made sure to pay more attention to her knee because she’s be having surgery a few weeks later. But after the first stay I knew we found the perfect boarding place and I couldn’t be happier, especially because there aren’t a lot of dogs they take care of at once..which Maggie needs. I’ll continue to board Maggie here.
