From undercuts with some shaved in designs, to multiple colors, going light, going dark, from a bobcut to grown out, and everything in between... She has always kept my expectations realistic yet has never failed to help me achieve my hair goals - including the transition back to my natural color. Never once did she shame me the small handful of times I got a wild idea and decided to mess my own hair up at home, and got creative to fix what I couldn't, without complaint (maybe a shared laugh or two though LoL). She has always matched my energy at each appointment, whether I was super talkative and wanted to blab about nonsense in my life, or if I was exhausted and just wanted to chill.
