I am a customer who has purchased 2 mini splits and 1 whole house unit for change out. I can tell you there installers are great, on time and courteous. They do great work. I installed the two mini splits my and had no difficulties. The company is always there to help me any questions. Just all around great service and friendly customer service.
Was so amazed at how well the system worked so much better than the one we had.Such a good company and the guy that put it in was so professional and was extremely helpful with all our questions and he explained the system to us.Just want you to know you have a very good employee very friendly .Thank you all so much.
My existing heat pump system in my doublewide was 15 years old and the A/C could no longer keep up on hot days. Had a quote from another company to replace the heat pump and coil. Called the HVAC outlet. They recommended replacing the entire system and moving from a 2.5 ton unit to a 3 ton unit. With replacing the entire system and increasing the size, they were more than $3000 less than the other quote. They were able to get me scheduled within a week. Rock Heat & Air did the installation. Everything went very well & I couldn't be happier. They will definitely be my #1 recommendation to my family and friends!
