About McDowell Wellness Center

McDowell Wellness Center is a rehabilitation place with physical therapy staff that are second to none. Many people come for rehab and love the pool and water aerobics classes. Some note the pool area needs painting and wish for later Friday hours. A few reviewers find the front desk staff rude and feel customer service should be nicer, also wishing children's horseplay in the pool was stopped.

So far, I have loved my experience working out here.
My Son loves the pool.
The staff have been friendly, polite, and extremely helpful when providing information.

The pt, ot, pta are second to none here, i 100 percent believe they will get me walking again soon, incomplete paraplegic. You won’t find better employees or a better rehabilitation place than the Danville wellness center

I love the water aerobics classes but the front desk staff are rude. If I call to ask a question, they act like I am bothering them. I like the place but wish customer service was better/nicer. I do pay to go there so I feel the staff shouldn't be acting like I'm bothering them.
