One customer has visited three times with different stylists and has received perfect cuts on each occasion. They also appreciate the convenience of signing in online. However, another customer has experienced some inconsistency with their son's haircuts, particularly with his hard part, often requiring touch-ups at home. Despite this, the family sometimes prefers the Danville location due to its convenience and shorter wait times compared to the Nicholasville location.
