I hadn't seen the reviews before I called Chris. If I had, I may not have gone with his service, but I'm glad I did! I called him on Thursday, June 11, 2026. Explained our HVAC unit had been broken since the year before. He managed to fit us in that afternoon.
In less than 20 minutes, he knew exactly what piece was broken, and how much it was going to cost to replace it. (A little under $5,000.)
After a discussion about how the warranties work, I was LIVID to discover that if the TWO companies I had out last year to look at it had told me about the warranty existing if it's less than 5 years old (even if unregistered) it could have been taken care of last...read full review
