I had a great experience negotiating an out-of-state buy with Marshall Auto Group via phone/internet. They were understanding of the situation; that it would be long day to fly in from out-of-state and have a longer drive home in a new vehicle, and were willing to work with me on a fair price-- even sending someone to the nearby airport to pick me up. They worked really hard ,for me and Tina in sales became a person I didn't mine to talk to when she called. I looked at trucks for 8 months and when they got something in, that caught my eye she was very good . To give me the scoop on it.
Once I found the truck for me . We got threw the paper work and I was headed up 75 in just a couple hours . I have been signing paper work for up to 4 hours in the past at other dealerships.
Notified of a vehicle recall by the manufacturer and set up an appointment with the dealer. Completely satisfied with my experience. Notified of all steps throughout the process. Workmanship was outstanding. Highly recommended. Definitely a repeat visit in the future.
