If I could give 10 stars I would! No better building team than Tim Menard Construction. He built our family home in 1991 and helped us with a complete renovation in 2025. We had planned on the renovation taking at least 4 months, but Tim and Taylor were at the house early every day, had the best crews, and got it done in a record 2 months! The house looks amazing with the updates and deserves a spot in Southern Living now. Best team for making your dream home / renovation project a reality.
