Five stars for the cleaning. I brought my wool sweaters to be dry cleaned and the work was brilliant.Two stars for the price. They charged extra for "hair" removal because one of the sweaters fell into the floor of the car and had "lint" on it. Just know, I DO NOT have pets so I should have declined the delinting service though she said it was mandatory.When I returned to pick up the sweaters, the charge was $36.04 and an extra charge for one sweater that was "delinted" though that wasn't the sweater that had fallen into the floorboard.This lack of voiced expectation and inquiry into pricing is on me. I always have a great experience! It looks like a little hole on the corner ? but I think it's the best kept secret in Crestwood! I love the work that they do. It's always excellent and efficient. It's a little pricey, BUT, you definately get what you pay for and so I don't mind! John is always a great associate and we always have great conversations!

Just moved to Buckner from Chicago, needed to get a couple of suits and a pair of slacks cleaned for work. Service was very friendly, came back on time and in excellent condition. Very happy, will be back.
