I was Driving on interstate 64 in Louisville Kentucky and there was a dump truck one lane over from me about 200 to 300 feet ahead of me some Material came out of the back of the truck and cracked my windshield on me car I called and and talked to the gentleman who owns the company and explain to him what happened was polite and kind as could be to him and I asked what could be done with my windshield and he said they do not fix the damage caused by stuff falling off of their trucks they are not responsible for it that I would have to take care of it myself I would understand if the tarp was over the load but it was not.
