I brought my Dad here they always take Great care of him .I haven't had my eyes checked in 3 and half years they had a opening the lady at front desk was helpful and kind I ask her if they accepted my insc and they did and gave me a print out of what they covered and found me a appointment same day due to someone canceled she helped me pick out frame she went above and Beyond Awesome.And Dr Watson was Awesome she was very attentive and found 2 hairs in my eyes yikes she took care if them and gave me a throural test she was kind and caring and Awesome and the lady that did the pretest was very caring and kind and Awesome!Stephanie also was Awesome ! This was my first time as a new patient at MyEyeDr. I could not be happier with their customer service. From the eye exam to choosing glasses to the final order of my glasses. They really do go above and beyond. Kudos to the whole staff!

My daughter and I saw Dr. Watson for the first time. We had an outstanding visit! From the moment we walked in, Barb greeted us and took the time to explain what would be covered through our vision insurance. We were then helped by Stephanie who was friendly and knowledgeable and performed vision tests. Dr. Watson examined our eyes and took time to thoroughly explain everything and answer all the questions we had. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
