Despite our tight timeline, they accommodated our needs and delivered a comprehensive inspection and report. Since this is a bit lengthy, don't forget the tip at the bottom if you're doing new home construction. The inspection was comprehensive, and Josh was friendly, communicative, and highly professional. The web portal provided easy access to the full report, with videos and a summary of the most critical items. The report's organization and ability to jump to relevant sections made navigating it a breeze. I especially appreciated the recommended service partners for various needs, such as landscaping, remodeling, and HVAC. This extra touch demonstrates their commitment to providing a complete and helpful service. Overall, I couldn't be happier with our experience. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable, efficient, and thorough home inspection service. One tip I'd highly suggest for new home construction is to engage in a 'phased inspection.' I don't know all the details, but it's done in three phases: 1) Foundation, 2) Pre-Drywall, and 3) Final Home inspection. I wish I had known this earlier in our buying journey with Elite Homes (I believe Josh informed me of this, but we waited too long before engaging him). This allows the inspector to observe items they typically cannot do at the final inspection, which would have provided us with much more peace of mind. Had we used this approach, we would likely have avoided some of the issues we're encountering now with Elite Homes. He's also inspected many homes with Elite (Clayton/Arbor Homes), which is a great bonus. Josh and the team at Crepps were exceptional! We'll use them again at our 11-month warranty inspection (a service they also offer). I know this was a lengthy review, but I hope it was helpful for others. 5 stars - exceptional service all around!
