I found out about KKS Services / Kemper Construction through our mutual marketing consultant Tony Castelli, owner of Sequitr Marketing. Every interaction with Tim Kemper and his team has been nothing short of professional, knowledgable, and friendly. I'm currently engaged in a couple residential construction and home renovation projects, and Tim's team has been so reliable. It's really refreshing to work with a company that doesn't rely solely on my vision, but offers up fresh ideas and meaningful solutions to some of the projects I have in place. I was thinking about getting my basement finished and my basement bathroom remodeled too. I had heard about KKS Services because I saw their sign on restaurant and bar remodels like Tin Roof and E+O so I gave them a call. I spoke with Tim and he answered all of my remodeling questions and was super insightful. He connected me with references and helped me get started. I would recommend Kemper Construction to anyone looking for home remodeling, and his restaurant remodeling has been used at some of my favorite places in Cincinnati and Northern Ky. I have worked with Tim Kemper and KKS Services Construction for over 2 years now, and their team has been exceptional. Whether it was a restaurant build out in Cincinnati, flooring and kitchen remodeling in Newport Kentucky, or Renovation & Concrete construction in Indiana, his team has always surpassed expectations.
