Find another option. I'll give them credit they were able to come to the house next day when other companies were telling me it'd be a few days but they overcharged and the tech made the tenant feel very uncomfortable. I had Halpin out a week later for the exact same issue. The cost was 1/3 what this company charged and Halpin came same day. I wish I would have called Halpin from the start.

I own a coffee shop in Latonia! Our air went out during hottest week. When I called, Jim & Michelle scheduled us in for service-they were up front with timeline and understanding of repair. Attendant showed up on time, professional and knowledgeable about our system. Bill we think you are awesome! Great suggestions on maintenance and air filters.Service: HVAC system maintenance

I’m so impressed with Brian, KW Mechanical and their whole staff. I’ve had plumbing, HVAC and electrical work completed and everyone that has came out has been wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable with their craft. Definitely a family atmosphere that prides themselves in doing the right thing at more than fair prices. Thank you guys for everything!
