Wayne came out to our house today and did a very thorough walk around the house looking for any issues. I had a few concerns for him to look at and one of them was that my door was sticking. He took a close look at my door and found the actual problem and showed me how to fix it. Our concrete steps are pulling away from the house and he gave us a thoughtful explanation of the problem and a cost effective and long-term solution. He assured us that it was not a red alert which was a huge weight off my mind. He sent me an estimate within the hour. When we are ready to fix the issue, he will 100% be getting our business.

Wayne and his team did an outstanding job raising the foundation on our 175 year old apartment complex in OTR in Cincinnati. They worked quickly and were very professional. Highly recommend!

I just had some questions about a foundation repair issue I was trying to address. Wayne was very patient with all my questions and gave very helpful information. I'll definitely be calling him back soon when I'm ready to have him start work.
