Well, in total transparency, I was very disappointed when my original scheduled day had to be rescheduled, because a van had broken down. However, the gentlemen that came yesterday, (Darryl and Leonard) did such an amazing job that it literally brought tears to my eyes. My best friend was in the basement with me, and I could not stop sobbing with relief, and amazement at how clean, or should I say the LEVEL of cleanliness they achieved in that nasty, filthy basement. It looked like there had NEVER been anything down there!!!! They felt my emotions and we all had a big group hug!!! Our cleaner was John. He called me early morning then again later to give me an update on his arrival time. I appreciated that. He worked fast, efficiently and appeared to do a good job.
