I blindly called their business with a newly developing roofing problem and shortly received a call back from Gina to set up a same day appointment. Monty came out & assessed the problem as promised. I received a detailed estimate that night. Our repairs were done promptly, even in not ideal weather conditions. My husband & I were very satisfied with their communication & follow through.
