With hesitation, as I have never boarded an animal before, I got in contact with Jerry and set up a time to come and speak to his wife Deannie and have a look around. She spent an hour showing me around and chatting. I knew right off the bat that this was a place I knew my 5Mo old mini schnauzer would be safe and very well taken care of. She stayed for a week and I added 2 extra days from original plan, with a simple phone call they were more than happy to keep her. I got updates and photos to ease my mind. I want to thank them SO VERY VERY much for taking spectacular care of my Bella. I will definitely recommend and use their services again. ?

Lovely people made sure we were able to get our dog on a Sunday morning as we were traveling through town.She was very stressed when I picked her up though, which isn't normal when we board. Usually she's really happy and wants to still stay and play, but she bolted to the car with her ears back. Makes me wonder if maybe a few sound dampening panels in the kennel might go a long way, if it was too loud for her to get any sleep.

I've been boarding my English Bulldog Gabriel Hope here for some time now the people and care givers are great with him since Gabriel has a lot of anxiety issues the kennels are clean and each kennel has their own run... Gabriel likes going outside to his run getting some sunshine and a bit of frsh air for him. You can bring your own dog food, treats and toys and bedding. Steeplechase Kennel & Boarding is in a country setting.
