“After months of searching for a dog groomer that had a 5 star rating, I found Shear Perfection. What a Diamond in the rough. At our first appointment, Misty came out and introduced herself. I really appreciated that small bit of communication. It made me more relaxed handing over my two fur babies to a new stranger. It had been 3 months since our 2 dogs had been groomed, usually it's a once a month date with the groomer. They came back to us looking like a million bucks. They looked and smelled great. I felt the prices were right, but the customer service team at the front desk needed to be a bit friendlier in my eyes. The girls seem a bit distracted and forgetful. I had to tell them how much I owed them. They undercharged me. But otherwise, I'll be a returning customer for a long, long time. I highly recommend Misty and Shear Perfection. Our first visit with her and her team was shear perfection!“
