Columbia Laundry & Tanning is known for its friendly staff and great service. The new owners have improved the facility with updated tanning beds and new washers and dryers. Customers appreciate the clean environment and helpful employees, who even text when items are ready for pickup. The business offers good prices, making it a worthwhile visit despite tricky roads and one-way streets nearby. Overall, it’s a highly recommended place for laundry needs and tanning.
The person who works on Sunday night should b absolutely ashamed of themselves for how they leave this place. Trash all over the floor, carts everywhere, filthy floor and tables ect. I'm there first thing Monday morning and I feel sorry for Sherry who works the next day. She is so nice and hardworking. Keeps that place running.
Sherry oh I hope I got her name right! Is the most sweetest and thoughtful person, I’ve knew her since I first came to Columbia and met her when Burton owned it she was there and that’s how I met her! She’s still the same sweetest woman I’ve ever met! Love love love her! And Angie another worker that just started working there I guess pretty recently she’s amazing as well! Definitely recommend either of these two ladies to anyone!!!! 🤍🤍🤍🤍
It might be older* but after having a horrible experience in Campbellsville I won’t ever go to another place. Their machines work consistently. The only complaint is how the quarters have to be like pitched into it. But I’m grateful to have a place to go to that doesn’t take peoples money to not have operating machines. *I was told lots of upgrades have been made since I went there last year so I should’ve stated I haven’t been there in a while!
