“I have been dealing with a minor ankle injury & finally took a step to have neuromuscular massage therapy done to help release some of the tension & pain I’ve been experiencing. I was starting to think - now that I’ve crossed the threshold of adulthood & I’m 30 maybe it’s just all downhill from here ? NOPE, turns out I just wasn’t giving my body enough love & attention. She treated my ankle injury from what we think might have stemmed all the way from an old hip flexor injury. I will run the pig more confidently thanks to what Rebecca was able to do today ✅ ? ? Our bodies cope when something isn’t right, shifting to still perform, but ultimately forcing something else out of place. She found specific trigger points where I could feel pain releasing & muscle fibers loosening. My calves have been tight without release for months & tonight they feel soft again ? I always say after a massage, I need to do that more often, & I never do! I think I’ll be back on Rebecca’s schedule sooner rather than later. I can’t recommend her magic touch enough!
