The Cold Springs Clarkson was wonderful. They were professional and helpful. I recently switched from the Anderson location because I thought appointment was at 11:30 am. It was at 11:20. Even though I arrived at 11:29 they told me I was 10 minutes late and wouldn't honor my appointment. I found that ridiculous especially since I had been going here for over a decade and had never been late once.
I am glad made the switch to Cold Springs. I am very pleased with my new doctor and the service I was provided. The staff, especially Daisy, was helpful, organized and knowledgeable.

Took my script from my ophthalmologist to have filled. Staff very helpful and friendly. Picked up my 2 pairs today and they were perfect! I have had much trouble in the past with other eye places, they can never get the script right. This time it was perfect. Thank you Daisy!

I cannot recommend Clarkson Eyecare enough. OD Jennifer Center does amazing work, very friendly. Daisy, a technician there, fixed my glasses even though I did not buy them from Clarkson Eyecare. They spent time with me on getting the correct contact lenses I needed also.
