This company epaired my eight year old washer, it needed new rods due to the heavy vibrations during the spin cycles. So far, so good. Provided with a 90 day warranty, which is good. The service person was knowledgeable and courteous, and took payment by credit card and provided an online receipt. Hopefully, I won't need repair any time soon again, but if I do...I feel good that I can rely on them.
We called Randy at 5pm on 12/23/21 for an issue with a shower that wouldn’t shut off. He was there at 8am the following morning (Christmas Eve) had the right part and was able to repair the shower for a very reasonable price. Joe and his crew remodeled our bathroom and did a great job making it handicap accessible for my mother. We had a water line break a few weeks later (no fault of theirs) and Joe came and fixed it within a couple of hours of me calling him. He and his crew are friendly and hard working! They got our bathroom remodel done in three days! We will hire them again for our future projects! ?
Bonnie is one of the nicest people on the planet. My mother had been getting her hair cut at Bonnie's. She then moved in with my wife and me in Southern Indiana. I tried a few hair salons here , but no one can do as good a job as Bonnie. So I take her to get it cut there
Facilities are older, but the service was great, and the haircut was excellent, which is the most important thing.
