I really like the doctor here. She’s always so kind to my daughter and me. She a wonderful doctor. However, appointments are months out. I had to cancel and reschedule an appt and the lady told me the first available appt was in the middle of December. That’s pretty far out to be dealing with the eye problems I deal with. But what can I do? And then it took over 30 days for them to get my daughter’s glasses in. Let me rephrase I finally asked about her glasses after 30 days and just so happened they were in that day. I’d love to know how long they had been there and I wasn’t notified. I signed my daughter out of school to go get her gasses and showed up about 12:30 this past Thursday just to find out they close at noon on Thursdays and all day Friday. Frustration is beyond what I am. My daughter needs her glasses. Her flipping eyes are starting to cross. But, hey, what’s a month? If I didn’t like the doctor so well I’d be looking for a new eye clinic.

Absolutely the best place and hospitality I have ever experienced! Tyler is a great eye dr and makes you feel right at home and so calm! They are so nice helping you pick out your glasses as well and help you so much with the process! I love this place!

Had a great visit at Oak Tree today!! Friendly staff & prompt service. Dr. Mayes was professional & got my vision needs diagnosed & taken care of. Appreciate the time & expertise of Ladonna who not only helped me choose frames that were a good choice for me, but also very helpful with insurance needs. Thank you Oak Tree! I would highly recommend them to anyone with vision needs.
