Well as I’m gonna be honest, it’s been a negative experience with this company. I am not able to finish with getting my taxes done. I’ve tried emailing a gentleman several times, called him a few times. Yes he only responded 1 time with an apology and gave me a window to go see him. When I went there during that open window he was not there and the door was locked. When you know you still have a client to work with, you need to be more aware and be on the ball with working with that client regardless if it’s an off season. Because now I can’t get in touch with him and he’s got my w-2’s. So no I’m not satisfied!
