I have been ordering flowers from Small's Florist for more than 20 years and have always been impressed with beauty, freshness and price of the arrangements. I would highly recommend this florist!
I tried calling them on a day that they had an appointment and had to be closed and so I tried a florist that I didn't know was out of Carlisle, ky. This florist gave me the owners cell phone number to call so I called and explained that I was looking to send flowers to a friend who had list her son a few years ago and it was his birthday today. She took all the information over the phone and said when she got back into town she would put together a boquet and when my friend sent me pictures they were beautiful!! I will always remember June going above and beyond!! Thank you so much!!
