Crossroads Animal Clinic provides exceptional care for pets. The staff is knowledgeable, nice, and caring, taking the time to explain conditions and procedures in a calming and reassuring manner. They work with pet owners to find the best solutions, going above and beyond to ensure understanding and satisfaction. The clinic is very clean, and the staff is personable and willing to listen. Their level of care is considered well worth the cost, as they provide updates on pets and take the time to sweet talk and care for them. Aftercare instructions are clearly explained, ensuring all questions are answered. They have also been very helpful with refilling medications for pets in need. Crossroads Animal Clinic is highly regarded by pet owners in the area and is a favored choice for caring for pets.
Phenomenal vets and techs. Kind, caring, compassionate. And years of experience. I was able to get my very sick cat in each day over several days. And he was hospitalized for 2 days. He recovered. And the office called me the next day after he was home to check on him.
Prices are very reasonable.!! Overall wonderful place and people!
FINALLY found a clinic we love, and our dog seems to love as well. All the staff is very personable and willing to listen! The place is very clean. A little more than previous vets we have visited, but for the level of care we receive, it is well worth our money. First vet we have gone to that actually provides us with updates on our pet. Will definitely continue going!
After experiencing other vets in the area, I can safely say Crossroads is hands down the best. They seem to really care about your pets and take the time to sweet talk them and care for them how you'd want them. They also take the time to explain things to you, like aftercare, what to look for that could be an issue, and make sure you leave with all questions answered. They've been really good with all of our cats.
