Can't give less than two stars because they never actually serviced anything; but I did request this company to complete monthly preventative maintenance at a facility we manage. After they initially accepted and we confirmed their rates, I tried calling once sometimes twice a day for almost two weeks to get the work scheduled and discussed and no response. I left voicemails, emails, and today I was told they cannot take on the work. Very unimpressed with the lack of follow up on their end. I needed a hand with product procurement for a project and got Rob's phone number through a friend. Rob knocked it out of the park was more responsive than the subcontractor who could not find the equipment and absolutely bailed me out. They will be on all my bid lists in the future. THANK YOU
