Amazing customer service. We went trailing on some forest roads and for the first time in 15 years got stuck enough to call for help. Steve came quickly and had us unstuck and we were back on the trail in no time. All while trying to keep our car from getting scratched with his own coat! If you get stuck in Land Between the Lakes call these guys and ask for Steve! Also, the office staff, when we called, was amazing and helpful. Thank you all!
My wife and I were returning home (KCMO area) when we hit an object on I-24 which bent our right front wheel and flattened our tire. I did not want to drive the car until we made sure that there was not any additional damage. Towed to Pennyrille Ford. We called Riddle's Tow and were very pleased with their employee Rocky. He was very helpful during a stressful time. Very professional and understood our concerns. We appreciated the way he handled the situation.
I had a very good experience with Riddle's this morning. The operator was extremely professional and put the utmost care and concern for my equipment and personal safety. The truck was very clean inside and out even with the current weather conditions. The owner ended up on scene and has the patience of job. He was also extremely professional. If I needed a tow for my wife or children these would be the operators I could only dream of for them. I hope the expand to Oklahoma very soon. Definitely exceeded all of my expectations.
