“Jian runs this place by herself. It's a one chair operation, with Joan ad the owner-operstor.<br><br>Joan has a real talent for cutting hair. She gave me a cut that was so well done that all I had to do was to run my fingers through it.<br><br>I brought my mother here because it was easy to get her in and out.<br><br>It's neat as a pin and there's lovely views from the window.<br><br>Also , there's Joan herself, sweetly cutting hair and counting out change from a bank bag. It's the simplest, most low key experience ever. .”
