Derrick from Morris Heating & Cooling was super helpful and efficient. Came out with an hour of us calling our builder when we had an issue with heat on a Saturday morning.
He explained why we were having an issue and more details about a heat pump which we were not familiar with since none of our homes ever had one.
He replaced the thermostat and wired the emergency heat that was never done when installed in our new home.

Woke up this morning to the sound of our furnace trying to start and failing repeatedly. The outside temp was 19 degrees with a substantial wind. Called Morris Heating and Cooling in Burlington, KY. A service person (Jamie?) came in less than two hours and quickly found the problem. He also offered some instructions on how to prevent it from happening again, and noted one expensive part that may need to be replaced within a year or so. I am very pleased with the work, and I highly recommend Morris Heating and Cooling of Burlington for any work, be it routine or emergency.
