Outside faucet broke. Contacted Robertson. They were responsive. Scheduled a date and arrived on time. Replaced the faucet. Explained the probable reason for the failure being too short a frost free faucet. Installed a longer faucet. Only took about 2 hours. Very satisfied.Services: Plumbing pipe repair
I can’t say enough good things about this company! Professional, punctual, knowledgeable; I could go on and on. Called yesterday due to a pipe that burst due to the weather. They were out this morning at 8:00am. 2.5 hours later they have repaired all the pipes that were damaged and got us running water again.The plumbers who came were the nicest men and incredibly knowledgeable. The customer service was really great and professional. The woman in the office was very friendly and helpful in scheduling and Greg was really informative and helped me with a leaking hose bib.
