“Truly amazing, this salon is a go to for hair. I have had 4 bad hair cuts in a row but this place truly captured what I wanted in my hairstyle. The girls who worked on my hair are so very nice and wonderful to talk to. They know how to capture your idea so wonderfully and will make sure you are happy with your look after. There are not enough words to describe how amazing these girls are and how truthful they are which is key to a good hair cut.“

Tayler was so friendly, compassionate and understanding as she washed my hair, cut it the blow dried it. “I have extremely thin eyebrows and wanted to do microblading, but was nervous about how it would change my appearance. It’s been 28 yrs since my brows have had any shape. My hair stylist who is young and beautiful encouraged me to do it. At 49, I reached out to Jennyfer and after speaking with her for 10 min, I knew she was the one to do them. Her salon is beautiful and clean. Jennyfer knew how nervous I was and reassured me throughout the process. She also informed me that it would be shocking at first, but that I needed to trust her and the process. And she was right! I was completely shocked and even regretted doing it the first few days. Jennyfer reached out to me on several occasions and even showed me pics of several results she had done both immediately after and once healed. She was so kind and complementary. By Day 5, I had gotten used to my new look and was truly amazed at how much I loved it. Dare I say it made me look younger. My only regret is not having it done sooner. “Update: After my I wrote my original review, I emailed Tangles pictures of my hair and they got me scheduled for an adjustment within the week. Hayley was able to tone down the streaks and blend the color better. She also added highlights on the pieces near my face. I'm much happier with my hair now, and have included an updated picture.

I got my hair done today for the first time since having my baby. I went in for a balayage, which I've had done several times before, a haircut, and I asked for olaplex to be used with the lightener. I'm very disappointed in my color. Balayage is meant to look natural and well blended, and USUALLY they lighten pieces near your face, in an attempt to replicate the natural lightening from the sun. Which is not what my hair looks like. Unfortunately with how streaky my hair looks and this giant dark section near my face, I don't really trust this stylist anymore. It doesn't seem like she understands where hair would lighten naturally. I'm planning on waiting a little while and getting it corrected. I'm just so sad I'm out over $200. I've attached pictures from today, the day of my appointment.“

“Amber was lovely. It was my first time at the salon. My brows look great and she was so. kind, a wonderful communicator, she thoroughly explained what was going to happen and sent me home with instructions and brushes for my brows. She's a wonderful asset to Thairapy salon.“
