Based on the reviews, Family Focused Healthcare has a wonderful staff and doctors who are incredible. Becky is amazing, kind, caring, and the best. She listens better than any medical team, goes above and beyond to help solve medical concerns, and took health very seriously. The entire staff is AMAZING and great, treating patients like family. They all made a huge difference in life and daily activities, providing professional commitment to care that was above and beyond expectations. The doctor and staff go above and beyond for their patients, doing what urgent care was unable to do. Patients never felt ashamed, scared, or judged in the office. Virtual appointments are a reward. The business accepts all insurance and walk-ins, and offers DOT, school, and sports physicals, wellness exams, chronic care, sick visits, IV infusion therapy, and a successful weight loss program for people of all ages.
I absolutely love this place! I will never go to any other doctor but her again! She cares and I mean she truly cares. Shes not rushing you in and out just to get it done and over with! She sits with you and gets to business! Her staff the people that work there are also amazing! If you havent tried them go do it now you wont regret it!
We don't drive almost an hour to see doctors for the fun of it! We followed Becca from Radcliff to Brandenburg because she's the best at what she does... listening and actually caring about us!! We live in Etown and we followed her to her new office in Brandenburg. We only see doctors that help us figure out our medical issues, not blow smoke and rush us out of her office! She's very caring and gentle, but also firm when she needs to be. She's by far the best and I know what my body needs.. when I see her, I know that I can trust her with my issues and I know that she will go above and beyond to figure out a solution to my medical problems.
