This was my first visit to any Valvoline location and I was extremely pleased with their service. I was greeted upon arrival and felt at ease, as going somewhere new for your car’s service can be a little nerve wracking. Ashley, the CSR who helped with my service, was super kind and gracious in explaining all the details to me about costs, service details, etc. She also got me a few discounts from a promo they were running for the month, which I very much appreciate! Thank you, Ashley, and the rest of the Valvoline team that took such great care with the service of my car!
I got in extremely fast. The service was excellent and Paladino was very thorough in checking my lights, wipers and filters. He helped in resetting my oil gage and addressed me by name. This is THE ONLY location I prefer. I really appreciated that si was advised that my skid plate had a screw missing and they prepared it to where it would stay in place!!!
I blame my young daughter for this but she let the tech upsale her a cabin air filter and was charged 59 dollars for a 9 dollar filter. I appreciate the service and I'm sure it was needed but 50 dollars to install is rediculous. Also when it was all.said and done I had to reset the oil light on the console because they didn't do it.
