I recently completed my physical therapy here and I have nothing but good things to say. Friendly staff that listens to your needs and adapts your workouts. Highly recommend doing your rehabilitation here.

I am currently going to Total Fitness for foot pain. The receptionist was very friendly and made me feel welcome. The therapist there are wonderful! They are very knowledgeable and are really helping me with my pain. The atmosphere there is very casual and you feel right at home. I would definitely recommend going there for any of your needs.

I have been taking my Dad to physical therapy at the Wilkerson Trace location ever since his stroke. The team there, lead by Adam Hyman PT, DPT, are caring and compassionate.My Dad looks forward to going there and he calls it the gym instead of therapy. It has really helped his motor skills.When he gets sick and has a setback, they jump right in and get him moving again.Cannot thank them enough.
