“Toppers done a great job on my girls first tattoos! They made sure they let them know everything that was going on and made them feel comfortable. They have great pricing and a great atmosphere. Will done my oldest daughter tattoo that was drawn by my mother-in-law and he did a awesome job on cleaning it up and adding the colors she wanted.
