They were prompt and professional. When additional damage was discovered they were able to negotiate with the insurance company and was able to get them to cover the additional cost.
Phil and his crew were very knowledgeable in dealing with the mold and damaged structures. Although the job is still pending ( insurance lagging ) they have been back out for every hiccup the weather caused under the circumstances.even going the extra mile fixing things not related to the job but needing attention. You can’t ask for a better crew if you need any home restorations! I’m anxious to see the final results
This team has been AMAZING. Started with a pipe leak downstairs in my finished basement, in the middle of the repair on a Sunday of course my water heater went out and started flooding my basement again 😭 I’m in Florida made a phone call to Phil he had a team there within the hour.
