If you have some muscle stiffness but sure about where to go would recommend this place. For 30 minutes Contina applied just the right amount of pressure, it took away my shoulder and neck stiffness. It was so relaxing I felt like I was on a natural high for several hours that evening just smiling and thinking happy thoughts. I will definitely be scheduling more massages soon.
