Dr Heltsley is very professional & knowledgeable about his field. Much better experience when compared to Visionworks. I had both my eyes examined and my contacts ordered here. John is great as well. He ordered my contacts. Appointment wait time is also short. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Areepanthu was excellent. Cheerful, great bedside manner and a good LISTENER/EXPLAINER. Listened to me so carefully that he was able to address each of my concerns even as we went back and forth over the subtleties of each symptom, their possible causes, and appropriate treatments. Really left me with a sense of ease.As the son of two medical professionals myself, I’ll go out on a limb and say that a bedside manner as good as his can be uncommon among clinicians.

Outstanding service. Answered all questions gave relevant information for services that were not offer on location. Choosing frames after exam was easy as pie. The staff knew the insurance coverages and products like the back of their hand. Waiting on frames to be delivered for pickup. Total time in and out was about 1.5 hours.
