We recently enlisted the services of Keen roofing to replace our roof. Based on the reviews from various sites, I placed Keen roofing in the top 3 of companies from which I requested quotes. Out of those 3 companies, Chris was the only one willing to meet on the weekend to discuss our installation. He arrived at our home at the appointed time and I was immediately impressed with his demeanor and professionalism. I used Keen Roofing to replace my roof after it was damaged in the big hail-storm May 2019.I didn’t realize the extent of the damage until a another out of area company pulled up in front of my house and offered a free inspection. They said that there was considerable damage but because they were not form the Bowling Green area, I didn’t ask for an estimate. I made the mistake of going to my insurance company before contacting Chris from Keen Roofing. The initial adjustor came back with a low-ball estimate. Can't say enough how happy we are that we were given Keen Roofing's number. Chris returned our call and by the end of the day he came out to our home for a consultation. He contacted our insurance company and kept us up to date on the process. Shortly after work began on replacing our roof. Within 1 day our existing roof was torn off and a new one put on. When we went out to inspect it you would never know that a crew with multiple trucks had been on our property. Just like Chris, his crew was prompt and professional. We highly recommend Keen Roofing!
