Jeramy Black's TaeKwonDo Academy is a highly recommended martial arts school with an excellent staff and a welcoming community. The academy offers flexible scheduling, allowing students to balance training with other activities. Families enjoy the strong relationships built between peers and instructors, creating a supportive environment that fosters motivation and growth. The training provides great life lessons and experiences, including belt testing and tournaments. The academy excels with kids, helping them build confidence and improve themselves. Parents appreciate how the instructors encourage students to work hard while still having fun. Many have seen remarkable transformations in their children, not just physically but emotionally and mentally. With its focus on empowerment and personal development, Jeramy Black's TaeKwonDo Academy is a fantastic place for families to grow and thrive together.
Can’t recommend them enough. The staff is incredible with our son and he leaves every time happy and confident in himself. This has helped him tremendously at school and with strangers even in public. We are so so happy to be there every week!
Not only has Jeramy Black's Tkd been an excellent experience for our son, it's also been a place where I've been able to go and revisit a sport that I had a ton of fun with as a kid! I look forward to the ride with my son each and every day, knowing that he and I have Taekwondo and being black belts that we share in common, bonding more through our time there. The instructors are all great with the less experienced students and help drive them to work hard without taking away any of the fun of what they're learning. There could be other ideas for martial arts or any sporting activity that are closer to us. Since our first day there a few years ago, we knew that we were in the right place. I've personally gotten a needed outlet, achieving a goal from my own childhood and, more importantly, have watched my son grow and become more confident and capable. We love JBTKD and would recommend them to anyone!
Our 10-year-old son has been attending the Academy since February, and we can't say enough wonderful things about the transformation we've seen—not just physically, but emotionally and mentally. From day one, the instructors have been incredibly welcoming, supportive, and interactive. They strike the perfect balance between discipline and fun, which has made our son truly develop a love for TKD. His confidence is higher, his focus and respect for others have grown as well. The instructors truly care about each student's growth and progress, always encouraging them to reach their full potential. Watching our son earn each belt, work hard, and celebrate those milestones has been incredibly rewarding. We are so grateful for everything the Academy has poured into our son’s development.
