Obviously hank has built himself into one of the top selling realitors in the bowling green area since the early 2010s. Our experience with him is that he just had too many properties to tend to and not enough time to deal with our own property. For example it would take him up to 4 days to respond to text messages and when we told him to reduce our listing price it took him 3 weeks to do so. I know Hank has several people working under him and at the very least would have expected his assistants and coworkers to tend to our issues. I wouldnt have given him a 2 out of 5 if his coworkers would have tended to our needs as hanks time is limited with that many listings to cover. It just gave us the impression that we didnt come first and that some lack of urgency was present. If a realitor has too many listings to tend to I would recommend hiring someome else that can devote.more.time to your real estate needs as there are over 600 realitors in this area.
