Customer service can sometimes be unfriendly, and there are concerns about pricing, as no discounts are offered for repeat repairs. Despite some organizational issues, the overall service is good, and staff do their best to assist customers with data transfers and repairs.
I stopped by to get a screen protector added to my Surface, apparently I am awful at doing these myself. Luther at Geek Squad was very helpful, and took care of us. Thanks again for the help!
Repair lasted less than a week, went back in and wasn't offered any kind of discount. They were going to charge the full price for same repair again. Customer service wasn't very friendly.
